• General
-Please send me a clear reference sheet of the character with informations, details you want me to pay attention to while drawing. (such as personality, clothing details, etc.. if you want to send me a pose reference that's ok too! or if you don't then I'll sketch out some ideas for you.)- I reserve the right to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable doing it or if I feel I won't be able to do a good job.• Payments
- Payment is due upfront.- Payment must be made in full before the commission is started.- Extra charges may apply depending on details (e.g., extra props, complex background, etc.) and other chosen options.• Process and revisions
- You can request as many revisions as needed during the sketch process.- I'll send you a color work-in-progress (WIP) for approval.- Once the sketch and colors are approved, you can ask me to adjust colors or tweak minor details.-I do not accept major changes to the drawing when I'm already in the painting process. (major changes such as pose, facial expressions, etc..)-Your commission will be finished in around a month, depending on my availability.• Terms of use
- You are not allowed to change, modify, edit, copy, or trace any of my artwork without my explicit permission.- Commercial use is only allowed if agreed upon at the beginning of the commission and paid for accordingly.- Under no circumstances may you use my artwork for NFTs, AI filters, or AI training.- I, the artist, retain full rights over my artwork.

₊ Post the final drawing to any social media.
₊ Use the final drawing for samples, to add to my portfolio.- If you share these commissions on social media must have credit to the artist.-About private commissions:
₊ The client can use the drawing for personal use only.
₊ I will not post any private commisson on any social media.- These commissions are for personal use only, unless stated otherwise (and paid accordingly).- In case if violating the no AI rule, your order will be cancelled and you WON'T receive a refund. In addition to this you might need to pay a damage fee (+100$, will vary with the type of commission)- If commercial use is granted, please state this in the request form and still credit me.If you do anything mentioned above you will lose all rights to your commission.• Refund policy
- You have the right to cancel your order before I start working on it (this includes before basic sketches). In this case, you'll receive a full refund.- If you want to cancel a commission that has already started, you may receive a partial refund (if it's in the early stages) or no refund at all (if it's in the middle to final stages).- No refunds will be issued after the commission is finished.- I do not offer refunds or redraws for completed commissions.- If I cancel the order, you will always receive a full refund (unless it was because IA training with my designs/art).
